Whole grain pasta
Experts recommend eating more healthy whole grain pasta. Whole grain pasta contains complex carbohydrates, iron, magnesium, copper, manganese, phosphorus, zinc and even calcium. In addition, whole grain pasta is rich in B vitamins (B1, B2, B6 and B9) and PP.
Cheese.
