Ingredients
- Spinach - 200 g
- Mushrooms (champignons) - 150 g
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the mushrooms and peel off the hats.
Cut the mushrooms into plates and mix with fresh spinach leaves.
Sprindle the salad with sesame oil and balsamic vinegar.
