ROSES FROM PASTRY AND APPLES Fragrant puff pastry with slices of juicy apples is a delicate dessert that simply melts in your mouth.
INGREDIENTS
Apples 2 pcs.
Puff pastry TM "Chef" 100 g
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Butter "Khutorok selyanskyi" TM "Rud" 30 g
Lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
Powdered sugar 1 tsp.
Cinnamon ½ tsp.
Walnuts 70 g
Ice cream "Eskimos" TM "Rud" 100 g

PREPARATION
1. Cut the apples into thin slices 2–3 mm thick, put them in a pot of water, bring to a boil and remove from the stove. Drain in a colander, sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Defrost the dough according to the instructions on the package. Roll out, cut into long strips 3–4 cm wide and about 25 cm long. Lubricate with butter at room temperature, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Place apple slices on each strip. They should slightly overlap each other and protrude ⅓ above the surface of the dough.
4. Twist the apple strips into small rolls. We slightly squeeze the lower part of the roses - this will allow us to keep the juice inside during baking. We put the products in cupcake molds.
5. Bake in an oven heated to 190 °C for 20 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Place on plates, add chopped nuts and a scoop of ice cream.
