Beautiful ice for cocktails

Such ice can be used to decorate and cool cocktails with any drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

Fill an ice cube tray 1/3 full with water. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. When the water freezes, place the berries, chopped fruit and mint leaves on top of the ice cubes and pour water up to the edges. Freeze in the freezer for a few hours.

A few tricks:

To make the ice transparent, you need to freeze boiling water.

Frozen juice

Frozen juice is perfect for the summer heat! A few frozen juice cubes added to beer or iced tea will add a fruity flavor and cool you down.

Any fruit juice, both purchased and homemade, can be placed in ice cubes and chilled in the freezer for several hours.

Coffee ice

You can make cold coffee from this ice.

Brew strong coffee and add sugar to taste. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. Put the resulting ice in a glass with cold milk (3-4 cubes are enough for one glass).

Ice lolly

A juicy, cold alternative to commercial ice cream. After all, this dessert is completely natural!

Prepare 200 g of berries or fruit of your choice (or use both at the same time). Puree in a blender. Dilute 1/3 cup orange juice. Pour into molds and freeze.
