A light, tasty dinner that is prepared in about 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry TM "Chef" 500 g
"Raspberry - orange", mashed with sugar 80 g
Egg yolk 1 pc.
Water 10 g
Vegetable oil 15 g
Cookies made of puff pastry and berries mashed with sugar
PREPARATION
1. Defrost the dough according to the instructions on the package. Roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
2. Along the entire length of the dough, make small longitudinal incisions with a shaped or ordinary knife - ⅓ of the width of the layer.
3. Cut the dough into rectangles 6–7 cm wide.
4. Beat the egg yolk with water and grease the edges of the whole part of the dough.
5. Place 1–2 teaspoons of berries, mashed with sugar, in the middle of each rectangle.
6. We wrap the part of the dough with cuts on top, stretching it in the form of a lattice, press the edges.
7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil. We put out the products. Brush the tops with beaten egg yolk.
8. Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for 15–17 minutes.
