Breakfast. Gombovtsy with plums
Gombovtsy is a traditional dish of Transcarpathian cuisine. Like dumplings, they can be cooked with lean or milk, add homemade cottage cheese to them, cook with or without yeast. This dish can be a great alternative to cheesecakes and lazy dumplings for breakfast.

You'll need:
- flour - 1 glass
- potatoes - 1 kg
· plums - for filling
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- soda - at the tip of the knife
- coconut or almond flour - for serving
- nuts - for serving
How to cook:
We boil the potatoes in uniforms, let them cool and peel them. Three on a small grater. Add flour, sugar, cinnamon and soda to the potatoes. We knead well.
Tear off a piece of dough, put it on the surface sprinkled with flour and roll out a small tortilla. Inside the tortillas, put half or a quarter of fresh plum without a pit. Roll the ball. Repeat until the dough is over.
Gombovtsy are cooked in boiling salted water - the pot should be large so that the Gombovtsy do not stick together during cooking. After the Gombians surface, they can be taken out of the water. When serving, sprinkle with coconut or almond flour and chopped nuts.
